Privacy policy

This site has no forms and no accounts, so we never ask you for data. Below we set out exactly what is created anyway when you visit, what we use it for and what you can do about it.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data collected through kolobrzeskisad.pl is MANUFAKTURA KOŁOBRZEG spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, a Polish limited liability company with its registered office in Kołobrzeg, Poland, ul. Partyzantów 8, 78-100 Kołobrzeg, entered in the National Court Register under KRS 0001100328, VAT ID (NIP) 6711861001, REGON 528368145. Kołobrzeski Sad is the brand the company sells its juices under.

For anything concerning personal data, write to kontakt@kolobrzeskisad.pl or by post to the registered address. We have not appointed a data protection officer - we are not required to.

In short: what happens with your data

This site is a showcase. It has no forms, no accounts and no shop, so we never ask you for anything. What gets collected is only what any website creates by itself when you visit - plus whatever you send us if you get in touch.

We do not sell your data, we do not pass it to advertisers and we do not profile you. Right now no analytics or advertising tool runs on this site. Should that change, it will only start after your consent, and this policy will be updated first.

What data and what for

Server logs. The server records your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser and operating system. This happens automatically with every connection. We need it to keep the site running, to spot failures and to block abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the security and correct operation of the site.

Your choice in the cookie box. We store it in a cookie on your device so we do not have to ask again on every page. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) - a refusal has to be remembered too.

Correspondence. If you write to us by e-mail or through Instagram, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, e-mail address or profile name, company name and the content of the message. We use it to reply and, in business matters, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Statistics and marketing. Only if you consent in the cookie box. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting what happened before.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores on your device. We group them in three.

Essential - we store a single file called ks_zgoda. It holds nothing but your choice from the consent box (granted or refused, per category) and the date of that choice. It expires after six months, after which we ask again. It contains nothing that could identify you.

Analytics - visit statistics: how many people come to the site and which pages they read. Marketing - measuring how well our ads work and tailoring what they show. We currently use neither. The consent mechanism is in place, so if such a tool ever appears, it will run only after you allow it.

You can change your choice at any time through the „Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete and block cookies in your browser - blocking the essential one only means the consent box comes back on your next visit.

Who we share data with

Data reaches only those we need to run the site and answer you:

• our hosting company, whose server runs the site and the mail (webd.pl),
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., if you write to us through Instagram - your message is then also processed under Instagram’s own terms, which we do not control,
• bodies we are required by law to share data with, such as state authorities.

Fonts and images load from our own server, not from third parties - so simply opening the page does not hand your IP address to any outside company.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

We do not transfer data outside the EEA. The exception is contact through Instagram, where data may reach the United States under terms set by Meta. If you would rather avoid that, write to us by plain e-mail.

How long we keep data

• server logs - up to 12 months,
• the ks_zgoda cookie - 6 months from your choice,
• correspondence - for as long as the matter takes, and afterwards until claims become time-barred and tax retention periods expire, if we ended up working together,
• data processed on the basis of consent - until you withdraw it.

Your rights

You have the right to: access your data and receive a copy, rectify inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time.

To use any of them, a message to kontakt@kolobrzeskisad.pl is enough.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Do you have to give us data

No. Providing data is voluntary. Without an e-mail address we cannot reply to you, but reading the site requires nothing.

Automated decisions and profiling

We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not profile you.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we process data - for example by switching on an analytics tool - we will update this document first and only then turn it on. The date of the last change is at the bottom of this page.
